#### `<expression> <= <value>`

## Description

Implements the LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO operator. `<expression>` can be `<table>.<column>` or `AGG(<table>.<column>, <start>, <end>)`.

This operator can only be applied to `numerical` and `timestamp` columns.
